Hello, it's nice to meet you! I am busy all day, as I work as the office manager, clinical coordinator, and a chair-side orthodontic assistant! My duties include in-house IT, Inventory Control, Web Site Manager, and being the Fun Organizer. That means I'm in charge of all our awesome trivia games, contests and parties! Our practice is a blast to work at, and a great place to meet new friends. Outside the office, I love to spend time with my husband, Todd, and our three kids, Christal, TJ and Sarah. We also have two dogs named Daisy May and Cooper!

As the appointment and treatment coordinator, I get the chance to help our patients in many different ways. I present them with treatment plans, and answer all their questions. I want all our patients to be fully aware of their treatment, so they feel comfortable with it! I also help our patients make the most of their insurance coverage, which is really important to me. I want our patients to make the most of something they have already paid for! When I'm not at the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my beautiful granddaughter!

Hi, I am the Veteran Assistant and have been here for over 21 years. I enjoy working on the patients as a chair-side assistant and I also control the inventory for all of our braces and wires. Being in an office such as ours is like a second family to me. When I’m not here I enjoy spending time with my grown girls, Leslie and Taylor.

I am now the Financial Coordinator as well as a back-up Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist. I greet new patients, chart the exam for the doctor, present treatment plans and financial arrangements to potential patients and families, and schedule appointments! My days are pretty full, but I always find time to chat with our patients and make them feel at ease here. It's a great place to work, and we love connecting with our patients. Making them smile is what it's all about! I am married to Rodney, and we have two adult children, one wonderful grandson, and a golden retriever named Coco.

I love having two different roles, because I get to know our patients during treatment as well as their families in the reception room! We truly care about our patients and treat them like family. When I'm not in the office, I spend my time with my husband, Mark, and our three wonderful daughters!

I enjoy greeting each patient by name as they come to see us, and love getting to know the families of our patients! At home, I spend time with my husband, Lance, our son, Tyler, and our pooch, Lexie! I also love watching sports, and am an avid Penn State fan!

There are always new patients to meet and get to know, and regular patients to catch up with. Orthodontics is a great profession because the end result of your work is an incredible smile! When I'm not at work, I love being with my husband, Greg. We have two children, Maria and Noah, who are all grown up!

Hi there! I am cross-training to be a Treatment Coordinator who meets and greets new families. I am also an experienced lab tech. and clinical assistant. I do the in-house marketing and join Vicki with coordinating contests and local deliveries. Dr. Hal is awesome to work for because he always encourages us to learn more about orthodontics, and teaches us about new technologies we use in the practice. It makes for a very exciting job! At home, I spend time with my husband, Kurt, and our two boys, Hunter and Ethan.

Hi there, and welcome to the office! I work as a lab technician and chair-side orthodontic assistant. I love working hard to make quality retainers and other appliances for our patients. It takes a lot of concentration, but I really enjoy it! When I'm not in the lab, I'm busy helping Dr. Hal with the patients during treatment. It's wonderful to get to know each patient and to see their gorgeous smiles at their last appointment! At home, I spend time playing with my two wonderful children, DJ and Abigail. I also enjoy reading a good book in my spare time.
